About Me
I am a medievalist turned archivist, currently working as a cataloger for a dealer of rare Americana outside Philadelphia. I hold a bachelor's degree in History and Literature from Harvard University, where I wrote an award-winning thesis on the early cult of St. Anne, and a master's degree in medieval studies from the University of Oxford, where I studied the liturgies of women religious in late medieval England. I earned my second master's degree, in library and information sciences, at Simmons University.
Since my undergraduate days, I have worked in a variety of special collections institutions and I am passionate about making the world of rare books and archival collections accessible to all. My full CV (last updated January 2024) is available here. In addition, I have worked as a freelance copyeditor and indexer for academic publications and I continue to be available for hire on select projects; see here.
